Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION & iDENTIFICATION : When you register we collect info about you to verify your identity. We collect credit card info. to verify that you a qualified buyer. You must be of legal age to bid. REVIEWING YOUR BIDS: During the auction you can review your bids at anytime . A BID CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN after the auction for any reason. In the event of an internet outage we reserve the right to extend the auction In the event an item is missing S.A.L.AUCTIONS will reimburse the customer the amount paid for the item in the auction. no more no less Buyers premium 10% for this sale PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES : It will not cost you to register for an auction , Your credit card will not be charged, will only be used to verfy buyers identity. Winning Bidder will be responsible for payment in full at the the time of pick-up, via Cash, Debit or Credit. ( Payment includes winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes, as stated in terms of auction) WINNING NOTIFICATIONS : all winning bidders will receive an invoice emailed to them If a buyer/bidder fails to pickup items on posted pickup day your credit card will be charged for the outstanding balance of your purchase. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BECOME THE PROPERTY OF S.A.L.AUCTIONS Any items not sold or payed for will be picked up by the consignor within one week of the sale or will be donated to charity. unless other arangements have been made ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS , WHERE IS , WITH ALL FAULTS no returns / please attend preview on dates provided . We do our best to describe the items being sold. If item states tested means we plugged it in and it heated up/ blew air/radio came on etc. we cannot guarantee the items . PICKUP AND REMOVAL :Dates and times for pickup will be posted, if you can't have your items picked on the dates please refrain from bidding. Any items not picked up at designated time dates will be considered abandoned and disposal fees may/ will be charged to your credit card unless alternate arangements have been made. Minimum disposal fee will be $20. We reserve the right to add or delete items/lots in the auction at any time during the auction RESERVE: if an item is sold with a reserve, the minimum bid will have to be met to win the item/lot SOFT CLOSE : items will close at regular intervals, any bids made in the final minute will be extended 2 minutes until bidding ceases When purchasing large / heavy items bring help our staff does not help load items. We do not supply boxes ,packing materials or tools The buyer agrees that S.A.L. AUCTIONS their staff and the SELLER will not be held liable for any damages or injury of any kind. .
