REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: During registration, Information is obtained to verify who you are before you can bid. Credit card information is collected to ensure you are a qualified buyer and of legal age to bid. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are successful bidder. If you are the winner of a lot, your credit card will be charged with the winning bid amount, plus applicable Buyers Premium and taxes. DECLINED CREDIT CARDS WILL BE VERIFED WITH PHOTO ID VIA RECORDED FACETIME CALL. OTHERWISE SALE WILL BE DECLINED FOR NON-PAYMENT BIDDING: All bids are final. If you are a winner, your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sells below your maximum you will only be charged the final bid amount. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be notified VIA E-MAIL by the morning following the auction. Your credit card will be charged for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers' premium and applicable taxes. PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Dates and times for pickup are posted on the auction details page. Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times, or prior arrangements made, will be considered an abandoned item. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED DURING SPECIFIED CHECKOUT TIMES OR THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND A DISPOSAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Sales Tax 13% HST Applies to All Sales 15% Buyers Premium in Effect SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS - we provide shipping for any item upon request -ENSURE YOU ENTER THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS! WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING QUOTES. PLATO AUCTIONS will charge a packing fee ranging of $10 per box - if some items are very breakable or large, these will be shipped via UPS service where the service includes packing and allows the parcel to be insured against breakage. PLATO AUCTIONS are not responsible for shipping issues(including loss/damage during shipping). Once the items leave our location we are no longer responsible and shipping is at your own risk.
