Auction Terms & Conditions Easy-bid is an online auction company providing a complete online auction service. REGISTERING: When you register to bid simply answer a few questions. We collect credit card information to verify your ability to bid. This is a secure site, all data is encrypted and PCI compliant and SSL certificates are maintained. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER: If you are the successful bidder your credit card will be charged. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sell below your maximum you will only be the charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. Your credit card can be charged at that time for the price of the item(s) you have won plus buyers premium and taxes unless alternative arrangements have been made. PICK UP of the items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction, unless otherwise previously decided upon. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed off. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS/ DELIVERY are available and must be recorded via email. Any damage caused to property during removal of your items will be assessed and charged to the buyer. SOFT CLOSE. All of Easy-bid auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 5 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids. AUCTION ITEMS. All items are sold on a "as is" "where is" basis. Please feel free to contact Easy-bid with any questions and we want you to visit the preview of the items set out at the time and date. The seller and the auctioneer Easy-bid assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions to the auction. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction. DISPUTES. Easy-bid always puts the customers needs first and we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve all legitimate disputes. Previews should satisfy any questions and if there is a description error please notify us. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site. All sales are final. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Easy-bid.ca Online Auctions and their consignors harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Easy-bid Online Auctions, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of an auction.
